Synergy (n) - an interaction or cooperation of multiple parts to create an affect greater than the sum of the parts alone
It should be clear by now that in the mind and body, everything affects everything. Every thought, emotion, memory, sensory experience, and automatic functioning of the body’s systems sends ripples throughout all levels of who we are. The synergistic potential of the human mind and body is immense. But it is still not fully recognized, appreciated, and brought into practice in conventional education. Our education program takes a holistic approach to teaching, recognizing that the more connections that are made, the more deeply students can learn about the world, and most importantly, about themselves.
